I think everyone knows GP's a naval diver so his constant talk about diving got me interested in trying it out. Only one problem, I can't swim! Did go for lessons but I never completed it because the instructor was always making me cry.
After a couple of swimming lessons from the man himself, I went for my first lesson with GP (who's a ceritfied sports diver) and I now have a discovery scuba diving certification under PADI! (But it's nothing because I can only dive with a PADI divemaster and down 12 metres max).
But last Saturday I found myself back in the pool (this time 2.5 metres). This course was more in depth (LITERALLY). I Actually want to go for open water diving lessons when the monsoon season ends :)
